Let's be honest: we're not quite gourmet chefs at Colossal Sauce. We can make a mean sauce, obviously, but a neatly presented plate with jus and reductions and all that fancy jazz? We're not going to win Masterchef any time soon. And saucemonkey Jamie is not built to be yelled at by sweary head chef's with egos the size of Cardiff.
