Girls Just Wanna Have Plum (Plum & Cherry) - 250ml

Girls Just Wanna Have Plum* is our first limited edition sauce for 2025. We developed this one way back when Colossal Sauce was a mere spicy glint in saucemonkey Jamie's eye. It went through a rigurous taste testing through a focus group of (mostly) willing friends but didn't quite make the cut when it came to deciding on the core sauces. Back then it was quite sweet - now with added sour plums to give it a bolder flavour it's finally achieved its final form and is ready for its moment in the sun.
 
The sourness hits first followed by a sweet smokiness and a fairly mild, slow burning heat. It was designed with duck and poultry in mind but has come to be a winning choice for salads and bacon butties at CSHQ.
