Running Up That Dill (Batch 001) - 250ml
In the summer of 2024 we released our first ever limited edition sauce - a dill pickle hot sauce named Veins Full of Sauce (after Saucemonkey Jamie's music project Veins Full of Static).
It went down quite well. Ridiculously well, actually. It's our 2nd best selling sauce ever (at the time of writing - it could well be number 1 by now) despite being on sale for a fraction of the time the core sauces have been.
So we made it a full time sauce. You've got to give the people what they want.
It needed a name to fit in with the other core sauces - and so Running Up That Dill was born. A tangy explosion of dill, mustard and pepper with a mild (by our standards!) heat it's an ideal burger sauce and a great salad topper. Customers also tell us it goes well with white fish or a charcuterie board.

Baby Cucumber, Mustard Seeds, Fresh Dill, Black Peppercorns, Garlic, Demerera Sugar, Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Dried Habanero Chilli, Dried Bhut Jolokia, Thickener (Xantham Gum)
